Yes, how to prevent the excellent Spam Trap from sending , in addition to
true spam, a couple of daily bulletins I receive, to the bin?
..eg ***@info.telegraph.co.uk
Thanks
ps I've marked the above as Not Spam about 20 times during the last few
days at Wanadoo - seems to have no effect. Any other action I can take to
prevent ST
from sending such to the Spam bin?

The "not spam" button marks the relevant e-mails for the attention
of an actual human being; it may therefore take a few days before
the filters are altered accordingly.

Other possibilities:

A) Write to the Telegraph and see whether they can't add some weight
to your cause.

And/or

B) Set the webmail interface NOT to move spam to the junk folder.
Instead, set up two filters in your e-mail client (message rules in
OE):

1) to KEEP mail from the telegraph, and

2) (with lower priority) to bin stuff marked ***SPAM***.
